John E. Lynch is a senior counsel at IP&T Group, LLP and served as an adjunct professor of law in Georgetown University Law Center and University of San Francisco School of Law. Professor Lynch has extensive experience in intellectual property law, including patent procurement, patent licensing, freedom to operate opinions, and patent and trademark litigation. Before becoming an adjunct professor of law, he was a partner for Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, one of the largest and most renowned law firms in the United States.
